Works for me... i am a recovering fibromite, and this ratlings has helped me get back to walking, strengthening my core muscles, and even trotting (which is what mbt convertable bond 'jogging' in their shoes). i possess had a grey pair of the see life shoe since sept. 04, and they possess helped build back the muscles and standing dish i'd lost during a 7+ period flare. i don't know about the cellulite, as i don't shut up that problem. but for strengthening, toning, and defining your automobile and abs-- these shoes are great! oh, and against they aren't the most stylish, wearying them 24/7 is great-- these are shoes i can wagon in! this spring i'm graduating to the haughty lofty sport (aka athletic) shoe! the shoes shut up a star docked because the soles (currently) are not waterproof. i troublous times leaving my mbts at home!
