These suck! these almost work good for covering the imperceptibility of the nipple, however you can see the flower shape anyway if you are somniferous a light colored top. also do not ply for hiding protruding nipples! they clear-cut keep poking on through! expensive for upright one time usage!! try silicone mammilla covers!!

For those who don't run... if you don't run and don't know what you're talking about... sometimes your nipples can chaffe against your water polo bra. or, if you're running athletic sports bra in the rain, it strength be a tad uncomfortable if they truly are completely out there for the population to see, especially if you're continuously in public. i personally wouldnt use these but a Ariel who has encountered these issues in the past would certainly understand.
