Beautiful pashmina shawls and awesome buyer service i ordered 4 pashmina shawls as gifts for my bridesmaids to mantle at my wedding. the shawls are truly beautiful and of high quality - they arrived no other quickly (with standard shipping from across the country). the buyer service was fantastic and very prompt in replying to my inquiries. my simple regret is that i did not order an additional shawl for myself.

Vaulting shawl, but the service needs work. i recently purchased the lipstick red shawl. it was the elaborate shade of red that i needed. the cloak itself was in a sealed bag with the tags on it. i'm completely satisfied with the product. now for the dislikes: there was not an invoice(receipt) in the box in which the cloak came in. luckily, i did not shut up to return it. but it came with a influence for me to become a member of the pashmina Tammany and sell them out of my house on my own.(think like avon or amway products, something twin that) another concern was that i habitual no email communications on the shipping range of my order. no tracking number, nothing stating that it was on it's way. however, an upside to that is when i sent them an email they did cherish feeling with answers the next morning. i am apt with this purchase but i think that the auctioneer should be more pro-active in getting those emails out to us buyers to auxiliary calm our shipping jitters! :-)

Alterative review when i first ordered the pashmina cloak i was not completely satisfied with my order. heretofore i returned the item the pashmina arrange went above and beyond helping me seal my return issues. i will order secondly from pashmina group because of their whole-souled customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
