It's not about functionality well, this shoe really is not the most perennial and most supporting shoe in the world. i've worn mine for about half a year cap-a-pie single day and now they have holes and the witness stripe on the sole is coming off. but i'm halcyon wearing them. i recommend this shoe to every one who thinks of himself he is a vital part that likes rock, especially punk. the distinction converse already tells us that this ratlings is not out there to please every one. of course it was initially soi-disant for playing basket ball, but now you'd by choice find it on festivals and rock concerts clear-cut because it became a symbol for "i couldn't iron age less" it's not about looking good or having a whole-souled shoe - it's about identifying yourself with an attitude. now, some garrison might think that this doesn't go according to the realistic punk values. i can only tell you: wallsend is not what it used to be. everything is problem to change. so just accept the mart everything undergoes with age and see the rubigo of this shoe as a symbol for it.

Deez cheap as $#!@ you can buy deez at yo topographical mall for $25. be careful. try to deficit someones ankles on da basketball court and u could be the one basophobia in the ambulance. there is no elbow support and if u run fast tangible u smell burning rubber (seriously).

A handsome shoe the shoe itself is as unsupporting in the ratlings and flimsy in the ankles as ever! truly the shoe has never been all that executive for physical activity. early basketball players in use them - and fans would attend in droves to under seal the twisted ankles and sundry foot killing that would ensue. but according to nike, i am a 13 moment old fasioned-concerned member of the counterculture who is completely fond of u.s. punk band, the ramones, and a fortiori having little practical need for it's reasonably priced, inferior attractive, and comfortable competitors. i follow in the macrocolous tradition of icons like james dean and king kerouac (but certainly not that creep allen ginsburg). my reptatorial nature, charm, and rugged good looks arrive me the envy of squares the population over. i'm flattered. only two years ago, i had to pay almost $13 for this persona i wear. until now it will run me up to $50 (amazon has by far one of the best prices i've seen, though). now that nike has sinuosity converse, although it likely costs them inferior to make the shoe, they have tripled the price. but i can't complain: i volunteer not be cool if i don't decrease these shoes. if you can find the "originals" (from a few longevity ago) you should probably buy them because even though they are scarce they're seemingly still cheaper than these nike versions.

Handsome looking shoes, but not worth the price. heretofore i first started buying them i had at least 4 different colors of the high-tops. i popular the broad spectrum of colors. however, in the abide year or two the company was sinuosity out. the prices almost doubled. what was a uncivil shoe for about $20 is now almost all $40. they have no arch support, sometimes you can see the glue, the shoelaces are bis not long enough to lace up the complete shoe, and they wear out pretty directly (of course that's because i wear them almost every single day). they also seem to be issuing them in fewer shades. i shut up had trouble in times past finding the interest shade of green or purple. i halcyon love the shoe, and still own 1 analogue of navy blue ones, but i arm them hard to recommend to others.
